How we manufacture our 100% pure healthy, wholesome wheat products!
STEP 1 – Sourcing
We source the best quality wheat from Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra. Sourcing begins every year around April and we test the wheat from various regions for suitable characteristics. This helps us decide which region and varieties to store for the current year. Shivtara is the first flour mill in the state to setup large silos to store raw material in a scientific manner. This helps us maintain large inventory of consistent raw material, which is critical for consistency in finished products. The wheat is properly checked for infestation, rot, fungus & mold, dirt, plant debris and other impurities.
STEP 2 – Pre-cleaning / cleaning
All impurities in the wheat grains are cleaned using the modern high-efficiency state of the art cleaning machines. As Food safety is a primary concern, the wheat is thoroughly cleaned and the chaff separated before the milling process begins.
STEP 3 -Milling
We use state of the art flour processing machinery that lets us customize our products to suit our customer’s requirements and create a superior product.
STEP 4 – Weighing & Packing
Every bag filled in our factory is packed using automated bagging systems making it free of foreign contamination.
STEP 5 – Quality Testing & Dispatch
We do not compromise when it comes to food safety & quality. Shivtara has a highly advanced and fully equipped food testing laboratory setup. The laboratory monitors the quality of raw material and finished products to ensure the highest level of food standards.
